BFI seeks training provider for 4-day leadership programme for line managers.
The British Film Institute (BFI) is procuring a Leadership and Management Training programme (Empower) for its line managers. The winning bidder will deliver a four-day in-person training programme covering leadership, people management, coaching, and team performance, aligned with BFI's culture drivers and line management principles, at an externally recognised level (e.g., ILM Level 4). The contract includes facilitating three action learning squads per cohort over four months, with a total learner commitment of five days. The programme will roll out over two years to 45 line managers in three cohorts per year, with two optional one-year extensions to 2030. Bidders must confirm ability to deliver within pre-set timeframes; consortium bids are welcome.
