Agency staffing framework for Cumberland Care adult social care services.
Cumberland Council is procuring a closed framework agreement for agency staffing support for its in-house adult social care services, Cumberland Care. The framework covers residential care homes, reablement, domiciliary care, supported living, day services, extra care housing, and Shared Lives schemes for adults aged 18+ with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs, or age-related conditions. Suppliers must provide support workers, senior support workers, and registered nurses on a 24/7/365 basis with a single point of contact. The initial term is 30 months with no extensions, and the estimated contract value is £4,750,000 excluding VAT.
