The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office 02, intends to award a contract for environmental consulting services to support Title V Operating Permit compliance at the Lyons VA Medical Center in Lyons, New Jersey. The contractor will provide services including air emissions inventory, permit application preparation, compliance monitoring, and reporting. The contract is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The period of performance is one base year plus four option years. Interested vendors must be registered in SAM.gov and have relevant experience in environmental consulting for healthcare facilities.
