Panel of solicitors for housing legal services, £45M framework.
Southern Housing, on behalf of HALA members, is procuring a panel of solicitors for advisory services across four lots: Corporate Governance and Finance, Housing & Asset Management, Development, and Property. The framework has a total value of £45,000,000 (excluding VAT), increased from £30,000,000 due to higher-than-anticipated spend and membership growth. The new framework will commence on 1 September 2026, with the tender published on 13 February 2026. Bidders must be qualified solicitors capable of providing legal services across multiple housing-related disciplines.
