Extension of Hudson Building for vocational training spaces.
Derby College Group seeks a single contractor for a 2-storey extension to the Hudson Building, originally built in 2015. The project includes new space for bricklaying, plastering, painting and decorating booths, demolition of current painting bays for carpentry/joinery expansion, and installation of two classrooms. Works must comply with UK regulations and British Standards, considering the operational demands of a Further Education campus. Completion deadline is 30 July 2027.
