Cumberland Council seeks a contractor to design, supply, and install bus shelters and digital infrastructure across the Cumberland area. The project includes removal of old shelters, site design, supply and installation of shelters and digital infrastructure (some on third-party land), utility connections, securing consents and permissions, and commissioning. The aim is to develop the 'Cumberland Go' initiative to improve passenger information and encourage bus usage. The contract value is up to £4,500,000, structured on a drawdown basis, with delivery phases from October 2026 to April 2028.
