University of Chester seeks lift maintenance services provider.
The University of Chester is conducting market engagement for a forthcoming tender for lift maintenance services across its estate. The contract will cover coordination, management, administration, and completion of maintenance to SFG20 standards, using the University's CAFM software Q2 from Quantarc. Lift installation works are excluded. This is a pre-tender stage; interested parties can express interest and arrange a Teams call with the Estates team. A non-compulsory questionnaire is available to indicate interest.
