Framework for bus shelters and parts for Caerphilly Council.
Caerphilly County Borough Council seeks to establish a framework for bus shelters and associated parts. The council manages approximately 515 bus shelters and expects to purchase about 10 shelters in 2026/27, with similar annual purchases thereafter. The framework will run for 3 years with an option to extend up to 24 months, and up to 3 contractors will be appointed. Suppliers must be able to deliver by end of March 2027. The tender is evaluated 100% on price, with a two-stage process including a qualification stage using the Welsh Procurement Specific Questionnaire.
