Framework for alternative education provision for children and young people.
The City of Wolverhampton Council is establishing a pseudo framework agreement for alternative education provision for children and young people who are permanently excluded, subject to fixed-term exclusions, at risk of disengaging, or require alternative provision per their EHCP. The framework covers four lots: Primary Registered Settings, Primary phase inclusion and engagement, Secondary Registered Settings, and Secondary phase inclusion and engagement. It is a Light Touch Regime service under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, with a 5-year initial term plus up to 2 years extension. Providers must meet minimum acceptable performance via KPIs. The framework is open to Wolverhampton Council and local schools/academies.
