Homeless accommodation and support services on Isle of Wight.
Isle of Wight Council seeks providers for supported services for rough sleepers and accommodation for homeless families and single homeless individuals. The contract includes six lots: Outreach & Stage 1 Accommodation (£4.2M), Stage 2 Accommodation (£2.3M), Housing First (£360K), Stage 3 (£115K), Families Pathway (£360K), and Foyer (£1.2M). The total estimated value is £8.535M ex VAT over a 5-year term from November 2027 to October 2032, with possible 24-month extension. Providers must deliver accommodation and support services for homeless populations on the Isle of Wight.
