The German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) is procuring consulting services for network and capacity development in quality infrastructure. The framework agreement covers advisory services to strengthen quality infrastructure systems in partner countries, including standardization, metrology, accreditation, and conformity assessment. Bidders must demonstrate expertise in international development cooperation and quality infrastructure. The contract is expected to run for up to 4 years with a total value estimated between €1 million and €10 million.
