The Great Lakes Forestry Centre requires the removal and replacement of an existing exterior stair system with a new, reduced-width stairway that complies with all applicable codes. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, and equipment for demolition and construction, including reinforced concrete stairs, landings, guardrails, handrails, granular base, drainage, and restoration of disturbed surfaces and landscaping.
