Engineering design for 3.6 km watermain renewals in Gisborne city centre.
Gisborne District Council seeks engineering design and planning services for renewal of approximately 3.6 km of watermains (100-300mm diameter) in the city centre and suburban locations with frequent pipebursts. The work is part of a city centre revitalisation project requiring underground services renewal before surface improvements. The designer will plan, stage, and manage underground construction in commercial areas and coordinate with other design teams. Excluded services: hydraulic modelling, topographic survey, geotechnical investigation, and construction management. The RFP includes seven attachments with scope, schedule, and pricing forms.
