Panel for legislative drafting and related services for NZ government agencies.
The Parliamentary Counsel Office (PCO) is establishing a new panel for legislative drafting and related support services, replacing an expired 2016 panel. The panel will support PCO and other New Zealand government agencies in managing peak workflows and building capability in drafting secondary legislation. Suppliers must be individuals with specialized legislative drafting, design, and related services. The panel is open for applications and will remain open for the contract's life, with PCO reserving the right to add suppliers. Work will be called off as needed, and suppliers can select one or more service areas. The panel excludes litigation, mediation, and arbitration.
