Multi-provider homecare framework for adults across Cambridgeshire.
Cambridgeshire County Council is establishing a multi-provider framework agreement for regulated homecare services to adults (18+) across Cambridgeshire, including older people, those with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and other eligible users. Services will be delivered across defined geographic lots to ensure local responsiveness and continuity of care. Providers must demonstrate strong quality and safeguarding standards, flexible service delivery (including hospital discharge and urgent care), workforce stability, and collaborative working with the Council, NHS, and voluntary sector. The framework aims to strengthen local care markets, improve consistency, and embed a strengths-based, preventative approach while delivering value for money.
