Analysis of Norway's Health Platform IT system.
The Norwegian Directorate of eHealth is procuring research and development services for an analysis of the Health Platform (Helseplattformen), a large-scale health IT system. The analysis will assess the platform's performance, user satisfaction, and goal achievement, covering clinical, organizational, and economic aspects. The contract is valued between NOK 5-10 million (approx. EUR 500,000-1,000,000) and will run for 12 months with possible extensions. Bidders must demonstrate experience in health IT evaluation and research methodology.
