Bank of England seeks TDP for RTGS system enhancements.
The Bank of England is seeking a Technology Delivery Partner (TDP) to work alongside them to align the core settlement product family and deliver strategic enhancements to the new RTGS system, which launched in April 2025. The TDP will support end-to-end innovation in payment messaging, including capabilities in payments, payment processing, AMH, and SWIFT messaging. The engagement aims to identify scalable and flexible approaches for future regulatory, operational, and technology changes.
