Psychologist needed for offender mental health services in Ontario and Nunavut.
The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) requires a psychologist to provide essential and non-essential mental health assessments and treatment services to offenders in the Greater Ontario and Nunavut District. Services will be delivered at the contractor's business location or other CSC-approved locations, including via PHIPA-approved video conferencing. The psychologist must collaborate with an interdisciplinary health services team and case management team, including parole officers and CSC staff. The contract runs from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2029. This procurement is open only to Canadian suppliers and includes security requirements.
