St Albans City and District Council (SADC) is conducting pre-market engagement for a single Managing Agent to provide integrated estate management, facilities management, and public realm management for Jubilee Square and Hertfordshire House. The agent will coordinate estate-wide services, procure and manage specialist subcontractors, ensure statutory and building safety compliance, and administer service charges.
