The Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk is procuring an Open Space Audit to update the evidence base for its New Local Plan. The audit will assess all identified public open spaces in the borough for quality, quantity, and accessibility. The resulting data will enable the council to set new open space standards within the Local Plan. The contract is below the threshold and open to competition.
