Creative Sector Services CIC (trading as Creative United) seeks a credit provider for the Take it Away Scheme, a publicly funded initiative offering interest-free loans (£100-£25,000) for musical instruments, equipment, software, and tuition. The contract runs 18 months from November 2026, with two optional 12-month extensions (max 42 months). The scheme serves UK residents over 18 via approved retailers in England and Northern Ireland, with potential expansion to Wales and Scotland. Priority is given to customers earning below median UK wage (£34,000), living in low arts participation areas, first-time instrument buyers, or disabled individuals. Bidders must complete a Procurement Specific Questionnaire by 17 July 2026.
