Framework for point-to-point transport services with driver for Irish public sector.
The Office of Government Procurement (OGP) on behalf of the Irish public sector is seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for point-to-point transportation services with driver. The framework covers the hire of passenger transport vehicles with driver for ad-hoc, scheduled, and emergency transport needs across Ireland. Services include taxis, hackneys, limousines, and wheelchair-accessible vehicles. The framework is open to all Irish public sector bodies including government departments, agencies, local authorities, and the wider public sector. The contract duration is 4 years with an estimated total value of €80 million. Tenderers must have a valid SPSV (Small Public Service Vehicle) license and relevant insurance. The framework is divided into 4 lots based on vehicle type and geographic coverage.
