Finland – Snow-clearing services – Prior Information Notice: Snow ploughing of streets and other public areas

The City of Helsinki (Helsingin kaupunki) intends to procure snow ploughing services for streets and other public areas. The contract will cover the winter seasons 2026-2027 and 2027-2028, with an option for two additional seasons. The estimated total value is approximately EUR 10 million. The procurement is divided into several geographical areas. The notice is a prior information notice (PIN) only, not a call for tenders.
