Connexus Homes Limited seeks to appoint a panel of RICS Registered Valuers for valuation services across Shropshire and Herefordshire. Services include domestic valuations (RTB, RTA), commercial valuations, land and site valuations, shared ownership resale, market rent/sales valuations, Section 106 valuations, lease extensions, buyback valuations, and negotiation support. The contract is split into two lots: Lot 1 (Shropshire) and Lot 2 (Herefordshire). The top three bidders per lot will be invited to contract. Tenderers may bid for one or both lots. Work allocation is not guaranteed; it depends on operational needs and supplier expertise.
