The Ministry of Education - School Infrastructure seeks a main contractor for fencing and gate remediation at Avalon Primary School in Wellington. The project involves removing non-compliant fencing and gates and installing 1.8m-high compliant fencing with secure, self-closing gates to address perimeter security and prevent unauthorized student egress. Works must be staged to maintain school operations, with high-impact activities possibly scheduled outside teaching hours or during holidays.
