Framework for assessments for senior management training for emergency services.
The Belgian Federal Public Service (FPS) Interior is establishing a framework agreement via open procedure for organizing assessments that grant access to senior management training (OFF4) for emergency services personnel. The procurement covers the design, administration, and evaluation of assessments to select candidates for the OFF4 training program. Bidders must demonstrate experience in competency-based assessment and knowledge of emergency services contexts. The contract is expected to run for a period of up to 4 years with an estimated value between €100,000 and €1 million.
