The framework covers design, installation, maintenance, and removal of temporary traffic management systems, lane closures, diversions, signage, barriers, and temporary signals. Suppliers must have experience in delivering traffic management solutions within local authority and highway network requirements. The framework is structured into regional lots, and suppliers can tender for one or multiple regions based on operational coverage and depot locations.
