The Norwegian Directorate of Health is initiating a market dialogue for the procurement of immunoassay reagents, instruments, and related services for the Out-of-Hospital (OUS) sector, covering primary care, nursing homes, and home healthcare. The procurement aims to establish a framework agreement for the supply of immunoassay analyzers, reagents, consumables, and maintenance services. Suppliers must demonstrate experience with similar contracts and compliance with relevant EU regulations. The contract value is estimated between 100 million and 1 billion NOK, with a duration of up to 4 years plus options.
