Holiday Activities and Food Programme 2026

Bedford Borough Council seeks local organisations to deliver Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme services during Easter, summer, December school holidays, and potentially half-terms. The framework is structured across three lots: Lot 1 (Open Access Holiday Clubs), Lot 2 (Bespoke Targeted Provision), and Lot 3 (SEND Specialist Provision). The framework will run for 2 years from July 2026 with an option to extend up to 24 months. Suppliers must be capable of delivering high-quality holiday activities and food provision; the programme is funded by the Department for Education. Allocation of sessions and funding will be based on demand, performance, and geographical coverage.
