Southern Water Services is establishing a framework for business management consultancy and related professional services, covering regulatory advice, economic advisory and modelling, procurement and commercial, general tax, financial services, and strategy & change. The framework is structured outside IR35, with providers responsible for tax and employment compliance. SWS retains the right to compete work outside the pool if needed. Indicative annual lot values range from £400k to £10m, with potential for higher peaks. The framework is open to multiple providers via a competitive flexible procedure.
