Repair and upgrade of Fisherman's Wharf fender system in Westport.
Buller District Council seeks a contractor for targeted repair and upgrade of the fender system at Fisherman's Wharf, Westport Harbour. The works include replacing damaged timber fender strips, broken longitudinal beams, diagonal braces, missing timber packers, damaged steel restraint brackets, and addressing a broken wharf pile at Bent 43 (pile replacement or approved strengthening). The goal is to reinstate the fendering system to safely transfer berthing impact loads. The project is located on the West Coast of New Zealand.
