Conducted Energy Weapon (CEW) Testing

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for Conducted Energy Weapon (CEW) Testing. The standing offer period is five years from issuance (anticipated start October 1, 2026) with three optional one-year extensions. This solicitation is open only to Canadian suppliers and suppliers of applicable trading partners. Selection is based on mandatory technical criteria only; the responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended. Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Standing Offer Authority.
