Historic Royal Palaces (HRP), a registered charity managing six historic sites including the Tower of London and Hampton Court Palace, is tendering for School Presenter Services. The contract will commence in mid-2027 for an initial three years with a possible two-year extension. Services include delivering curriculum-aligned, interactive sessions in historical costume at multiple sites, reaching over 100,000 pupils annually across Key Stages 1-5 and SEND. Bidders must have experience in heritage or museum settings, capacity for high-volume delivery across sites, and robust safeguarding policies. Agencies and consortium bids are ineligible, but subcontracting is allowed with HRP agreement. A market engagement event will be held prior to tender.
