The framework covers topographical surveys, utility surveys, rail and infrastructure surveys, laser scanning, aerial surveys, monitoring, and data processing in CAD, BIM, and GIS formats. Suppliers must demonstrate proven experience in infrastructure surveying, especially in rail environments, and capability across traditional and advanced techniques. The framework is structured into regional lots, allowing suppliers to bid for one or multiple regions. SMEs and regional surveying providers are encouraged to apply.
