The Ministry of Justice, through the Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) Pathway, seeks a clinical provider for a non-residential intervention service for women at HMP YOI Low Newton. The service, currently delivered by an NHS Trust as the Primrose Service, engages up to 12 women on a static basis (day treatment) and up to 5 on a dynamic basis (outreach). It targets women with the highest risk of serious harm and complex needs, aiming to provide a psychologically safe milieu. The contract is for five years, subject to funding.
