The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is soliciting multiple award contracts for demolition services. The scope includes the demolition of structures, removal of debris, and site restoration across various BIA locations. Contractors must have experience in asbestos abatement and hazardous material handling. The contracts are set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) and Indian-owned businesses. The period of performance is up to five years with a maximum value of $10 million per contract.
