Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) and Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) are procuring a partner to deliver a digital solution as part of a 10-year Digital Transformation Programme. The initial project phase will last approximately 3.5 years, with ongoing support and maintenance beyond that. The programme aims to replace over 50 fragmented systems and 30+ manual processes across Service Delivery and Prevention & Protection directorates, addressing issues such as duplicate data, limited mobile capability, and poor data quality. The buyer seeks a partner to deliver a comprehensive digital solution that improves data consistency, mobile working, reporting, and auditability.
