The scope includes inspection, repair, and replacement of fire doors to ensure compliance with fire safety codes. The contractor must have experience with fire door maintenance and relevant certifications. The contract is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The period of performance is one base year plus four option years.
