Wellington City Council seeks a Building Services Engineer for the Housing Upgrade Programme Phase 2 (HUP2), a $511M investment over 10 years to upgrade social housing. The consultant will provide building engineering services across five sites (MOX, HOB, ELI, QUE, CLE) in Bundle 1, including design, technical reviews, construction support, and close-out documentation. This is a single-step secondary procurement open only to providers on the All of Government Construction Consultancy Services Panel.
