New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) seeks two experienced hospitality operators to run concessionaire leases in the Wind Wand area of the Coastal Walkway (Zone 2) for a 3-year term. The operators will provide exceptional service, quality cuisine, and beverages to enhance visitor experience. Trading is permitted only during daylight hours.
