Murphy & Sons is establishing a framework agreement for topographical and surveying services across regional lots in England, supporting major infrastructure programmes including Network Rail CP7, TransPennine Route Upgrade, and Peel Ports. The scope covers topographical surveys, utility surveys, rail and infrastructure surveys, laser scanning, aerial surveys (including drones), monitoring, and data processing in CAD, BIM, and GIS formats. Suppliers must demonstrate proven experience in infrastructure surveying, capability in traditional and advanced techniques, and ability to deliver in live or constrained environments. SMEs and regional providers are encouraged to apply. The framework is structured into regional lots, allowing bidding for one or multiple regions.
