The London Borough of Redbridge seeks a specialist consultant to manage the full procurement lifecycle for its Leisure and Sports Facilities, including those in parks and open spaces, and associated wellbeing activities. The consultant will draft pre-procurement documents, support evaluation, and provide post-award support for a contract performance management manual. The procurement is subject to Cabinet approval in June 2026. The contract is awarded under a framework agreement.
