Framework for aids and adaptations alterations to council properties.
Stoke-on-Trent City Council seeks up to three contractors for a four-year framework to carry out internal and external alterations to council-owned properties within Stoke-on-Trent. Works include level access showers, bathroom and kitchen alterations, door widening, handrail installation, and ramped access. The contract is a JCT 2024 Measure Term Contract starting October 2026. Bidders must demonstrate experience in similar adaptation works.
