Construction materials for repair works by economic method

Kyiv Palace of Children and Youth is procuring various construction materials (CPV 44190000-8) for repair works carried out by economic method. The tender uses an above-threshold procedure with 100% price evaluation criterion. Proposals exceeding the estimated budget will be rejected. All tender documents must be prepared in Ukrainian. The buyer may reduce procurement volumes based on actual need and funding. The buyer is a public institution under Ukrainian law.
