Framework for highways, structures, surfacing, and ancillary works in Wales.
Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, on behalf of the South West Wales Trunk Road Agency (SWTRA), is establishing a framework for civil and structural engineering projects and surfacing and ancillary works on the Strategic Road Network in Wales. The framework comprises two lots: Lot 1 covers highways and structures, and Lot 2 covers surfacing and ancillary works. The estimated total framework value and duration have been updated from the original pipeline notice. This is a multi-year framework for construction and maintenance works on trunk roads and associated assets.
