Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council seeks an Educational Psychologist (EP) to deliver early intervention and assessment for Early Years children requiring specialist assessment before statutory processes. The EP will collaborate with SEND SS Early Years Advisory Teachers, conducting observations, consultations with parents and professionals, and producing written reports. This supports pre-EHCP assessments to identify needs early and inform support planning. The contract is below threshold with limited competition.
