Civils Assessment Framework

Network Rail Infrastructure Limited is procuring a Civils Assessment Framework for completing Level 0.5 to Level 3 assessments, ranging from desktop studies to detailed examinations. The consultant must identify any enabling works needed, which will be arranged by the client and carried out by a third party. No construction works are included.
