IPS service delivery for 9,276 residents across West Yorkshire.
The Growth Company seeks expressions of interest from locally embedded providers with recent experience delivering IPS services (or similar) and knowledge of the Fidelity Model. The Connect to Work programme aims to support 9,276 disabled people and those with health conditions or complex barriers across West Yorkshire (Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds, Wakefield) from September 2026 to March 2030. The lead provider will deliver Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services to help participants gain and maintain employment. Providers must demonstrate experience working with the target cohort on a similar scale and can deliver in one or more local authority areas. The programme is funded by WYCA via the Department for Work and Pensions.
