The Avalon Intermediate School Board, under the Ministry of Education - School Infrastructure, seeks a main building contractor for an Innovative Learning Environment (ILE) upgrade to four classrooms (7, 8, 9, 10) in Block A at Avalon Intermediate School in Lower Hutt. The scope includes full replacement of floor coverings and acoustic wall coverings in rooms 7, 8, and 9, with some make-good to wall linings. The project is located in the Wellington region. Bidders must be experienced in school construction or similar educational facility upgrades.
