Operation and Maintenance of HVAC Equipment for the National Assembly

The French National Assembly is seeking a contractor for the operation and maintenance of its HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) equipment. The scope includes preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as operation of the systems. The contract is for a period of 12 months, renewable up to three times. Bidders must demonstrate experience in maintaining HVAC systems in large public buildings. The estimated annual value is between €100,000 and €1 million.
